In my childhood, my days were filled with books and more books, I was an avid reader, something that seemed to vanish as I grew older and gained more responsibility.  Now as a mother myself, I want to show my kids how great books are and lead by example, sharing my childhood favourites and introducing myself to new and exciting adventures.

This, for me, is a small personal project, one to make me think about the books I'm reading, in a broader sense rather than just reading for enjoyment.  I'm hoping to build this blog to be more than that, but for now, simple beginnings suits just fine.

Having not analysed a text since high school, it will be quite the task to get myself back into the habit. Slowly but steadily I have been working on my reviews, to the point that I now feel that blogging about them will be helpful, not only to myself, but hopefully for you, dear reader of my blog, too.

Liking what you see? Check out my reviews on Goodreads, Some better than others, some non-existent, but that's what I'm working on changing.
